Hello, I want to apologize right away for my English. I am 46 years old and do Crossfit 3-4 times a week. But have now bought me for the next twelve weeks extra the LEG Killer. That I will be even stronger. Get along with the program very well. I can do all the units without any problems. What I find very good is that I can work on my biggest weakness, the snatch. Shoulder mobility is to improve with me on the right side still strong.

What is the primary focus of the Mobility for Masters?
The program is designed to enhance total body mobility and flexibility, with a specific focus on developing a stable and confident deep squat, overhead, and front rack positions. We’ve tailored the exercises to consider the needs of older athletes, avoiding movements that demand extreme levels of mobility.
Why should I work on my mobility?
With age we need to focus more on health, recovery and preventing injuries. Strong focus on mobility ensures you can maintain efficient and healthy movement patterns, which are essential for the demands of Olympic weightlifting.
Is it suitable for beginners?
Yes, the program caters to individuals of all skill levels, including beginners. The exercises are thoughtfully curated to be accessible and progressive, allowing participants to start at their current level and gradually advance as they build strength and flexibility.
Can I incorporate this program into my existing workout routine?
Absolutely! "Mobility for Masters" is designed to complement your existing workout routine. You can seamlessly integrate it into your training schedule to focus on enhancing lower body mobility and perfecting your squat performance.
What is the difference between the Full Body Mobility Program and Mobility for Masters programs?
The Mobility for Masters program is specifically tailored for older athletes aged 35 and above. It focuses on exercises that are more appropriate for this age group, prioritizing joint health, recovery, and functional movement.
What equipment is needed?
Below you will find all of the recommended equipment for this overhead flexibility routine!
Nothing to say about the excercise but it’s a bit anowing to not have a way easy follow the plan with out moving from the pdf to the links, and having to create myself all playlists, I think you can create playlist allready set for the users
If you’re into weightlifting, this program is a great choice. It’s especially good if you want to focus on general weightlifting sessions. The weekly volume is well-balanced between harder and more moderate training days. I’m really enjoying the process and can already feel a lot of progress.

This is a really good program and package. there are so many lessons to glean from this program: not just the weight or volume, but the intensity, commitment and willingness to give everything to succeed. "Uncle Rus" also shows how to perform the accessory exercises very well. top marks and well done to the team at Torokhtiy Media
It's an extremely good program for beginners who are getting to know the discipline. It works very well for people with previous experience in lifting as well.
Went through week one before planned break to feel it out
So I went through the first week before I got on my 2 week break, mostly to feel out the program and make my mind on it.
So, as of now I can say that I do enjoy the volume and the general idea of the plan. It’s very well structured (though I will never be a huge fan of bench presses) and I can clearly see the potential. One note - if you plan to do it with Oly lifting in mind the optional day IS NOT optional for you.
Overall i highly recommend it to build strength foundations regardless of how experienced you are.
I never was able to do a proper snatch because I had fear of going under the bar. This program helped me improve in the technique and build confidence doing the snatch. I was also able to increase the weight. Watch my videos here. https://www.instagram.com/jasonjustlifts/reel/DYUyUqVOkY4/
