This training log is pure GOLD as a weightlifting training reference.
This resource is simply AMAZING! I've never seen such a well documented training program that features every little detail (from working sets to accessory lifts and recovery methods) not only in written but video form.

Valuable addition to the library of any coach or lifter
This is a unique and unusually in-depth look at the actual training of one of the best weightlifters in the world—not just bits and pieces you’re left to try to sort into something useful, but the entire picture.

A Resource for More Effective Training
Team RUSLAN’s approach to training is smart and clearly effective for the athlete. Keeping track of what was done, documenting it, then analyzing it is the only way to know where you have been and where you are going in your training and Ruslan’s Team has done this well. The Torokhtiy Weightlifting Team has also done their part in clearly communicating all of the data very concisely allowing the user to “thumb through” the information or “deep dive” into the data. This is an excellent resource for those looking for insights that could influence their programming to be more effective.

An In-Depth Look at Elite Preparation
It is rare to gain a glimpse into the comprehensive training plan of an athlete preparing for a major competition. Due to the competitive nature of sports, coaches often conceal the entire training process to avoid providing an advantage to other coaches and athletes. This training log offers an in-depth look at the preparation of an elite weightlifter from start to finish.
The structure of this plan is well-designed and thorough. The beginning provides good detail on calculations and how to read the training log. Since non-experts may view this, it was critical to set up the rest of the log. The inclusion of videos for all exercises and attempts is refreshing, as different practitioners often misinterpret many exercises. The final section outlining why different aspects are essential for analysis is key for this training log. Presenting the data is great, but providing an explanation at the end takes it from simply a training log to an educational journey for the audience.
Overall, I am impressed with this presentation of the material. If these become available for other athletes in the future, I would review them with interest.

12 weeks of unmatched details
The level of detail, from exact reps and exercises to the distribution of lifts across the entire 12 weeks, is unmatched. And as always, the quality of the editing, structure, and flow of the book is second to none, making it easy to read and interpret. As a coach who has been working with local-level, national, and international caliber athletes for nearly a decade, there are plenty of great training ideas I can apply immediately to my own coaching process. I found the video integration helpful for understanding each exercise and its purpose, alongside the explanations laid out in the open paragraphs. The section on training statistics tied the book together, making it more obvious why the training is broken up the way it is. I never thought I'd be able to learn so much from Ruslan, but I guess Torokhtiy Weightlifting proved me wrong.

Training system built on scientific principles of progressive overload
Each week is clearly structured and logically organized, allowing you to track progress and understand how and why certain changes occur throughout the process.
A major strength of the program is the detailed explanation provided for every stage — the author doesn’t just list exercises but clarifies their purpose, biomechanics, and role within the overall structure. This approach encourages conscious training, helping you understand the intent behind each session and adapt the workload to your individual needs.
The inclusion of a wide variety of accessory exercises makes the program comprehensive and well-balanced: it develops not only major muscle groups but also stabilizers and movement control. This creates a solid physical foundation and helps reduce the risk of injury.
The logic behind the microcycle design also deserves attention — a gradual increase in intensity and a well-balanced alternation of loading and recovery phases ensure steady progress without overtraining.
Overall, the program stands out as a professionally designed, in-depth, and methodologically sound tool for systematic self-improvement. It not only delivers results but also teaches the principles of effective training, fostering a deeper understanding of the processes that drive progress.

RUSLAN NURUDINOV PROGRAM
Fantastic work and real good layout, live see video and all information he explain to understand and learn how Pro weightlifters train recovery and what it takes , this is a outstanding product
The Olympic Clean Masterclass is a very well structured program with a holistic view of training, and a wholehearted mindset, which is carried through it all. Already at the first read-through the expectation starts to rise.
The program's progression in 12 relatively short and intense sessions should be feasible for most people who want to give it a try. It will surely give you many sessions of sweat, pain, lows and highs. A basic knowledge of theory is enough to complete this programme.
That there should be so much more to learn from such a program is hugely important for developing an independent training routine. If an exercise is unfamiliar to you, you can use easy-to-understand symbols and see simple displays of each exercise in videos, which are a real support for the implementation. The program has been developed by a team of people with thorough and extensive experience in international weightlifting, physiotherapy and nutritional physiology. That fact alone is absolutely amazing. As I said, it is not time-consuming, so if you wish, there are great opportunities to add alternative exercises for the legs, or more muscle groups, to accustom the body to further training in weightlifting.
In pdf format, you can take the program with you when you travel and use it when it suits you. Here it is just a matter of continuing without obstacles. So it remains to be seen who is the last man standing.
I searched all over for a training program to learn the Olympic lifts on my own (without a coach / trainer), I discovered Torokhtiy and this program, the clarity, and comprehensive blew me away. You will not be disappointed by this program!
3.5 weeks in and not only am I not progressing I can’t hit my previous 1rm
If you’re 3.5 weeks into a snatch cycle and struggling to hit your previous 1RM, don’t panic - it’s more common than you think.
Our Snatch Cycle program includes high volume or intensity, your CNS and muscles might be too fatigued to express peak strength right now.
If you’re refining technique, your body may still be adapting to the new movement patterns.
It’s normal to feel weaker before the changes translate into a better lift. Strength progress isn’t always linear - sometimes you dip before you peak.
Our CYCLE must be fully completed (5 weeks) and by the end of fifth week it is time to taper/recover and only then to plan MAXOUT session.
And remember our motto – Warm Body Cold Mind.
I just finished my cycle and I didn't manage to improve my PR (75 kg / 165 lbs), however I definitely improved my technique, speed and strength. A bit sad I couldn't break through 75 kg but I still count it as a progress cause I improved successfull snatches ratio with lower weights (to 100% nearly). Giving 4 stars because not all exercises have proper videos linked (somebody already mentioned it). I recommend it overall, will give it a second try after finishing my clean and jerk cycle now :)
I just started this program and so far I love it. It is complete with mobility and core. It gives me structure and I look forward to my leg days. Highly recommend it
Nothing to say about the excercise but it’s a bit anowing to not have a way easy follow the plan with out moving from the pdf to the links, and having to create myself all playlists, I think you can create playlist allready set for the users
If you’re into weightlifting, this program is a great choice. It’s especially good if you want to focus on general weightlifting sessions. The weekly volume is well-balanced between harder and more moderate training days. I’m really enjoying the process and can already feel a lot of progress.
I love this manual! I’ve learned new, efficient exercises to work through mobility for specific barbell movements. The layout, the videos and explanation of exercises are also really great! Thank you! Very happy I bought this.

It's an extremely good program for beginners who are getting to know the discipline. It works very well for people with previous experience in lifting as well.
