How many sessions per week?

You can train 2-5 times per week, depending on your goals and current fit.

What equipment do I need?

A commercial gym or a well-equipped garage gym: rack, barbell, plates, bench, and dumbbells/kettlebells.

Is this an Olympic weightlifting program?

No. The plan focuses on strength, hypertrophy, mobility, and conditioning. There is one Olympic weightlifting program that is optional.

Is this personal coaching?

No, but we are working on an option to follow the plan in a group chat under coaching guidance online. You will receive updates after making an order.
